.System Overview:

The 10 gears battery cell sorting machine is a type of device that tests the voltage internal resistance of battery cells through a voltage internal resistance tester, calculate the level of each battery cell based on the software settings of the upper computer, and move the batteries of different levels to different channels according to the judgment results, thus achieving automatic sorting of battery products.

The machine system is designed and developed with control computer software according to user requirements, which automatically sorts and collects battery cells into their respective feeders based on group information.

The automatic sorting equipment consists of an automatic feeder, 1. channel testing, automatic sorting, and a belt type feeder.

Manually place the integrated battery into the buffer area of the automatic feeder,the automatic feeder sends the cells one by one to the testing area,after the test is completed, it is transported by a belt, and the pushing cylinder places different battery cells into corresponding levels,working in such a cycle,the main components and layout diagram of this cycle of operation are as follows;

4.Receiver:

The material receiving system consists of mechanical components such as a material trough, motor, belt, etc.:sort and transfer the load according to the set level. The battery is released on the receiving belt,the receiving belt rotates to deliver the battery to the receiving slot, which has a full material sensor,when the battery in the material tank is full, the system will automatically sound and light an alarm, waiting for manual removal.
