Ⅰ.System Overview
The 5-level battery cell sorting machine is a device that tests the voltage internal resistance of battery cells through a voltage internal resistance tester, calculate the level of each battery cell based on the touch screen software settings, and transfer different levels of batteries to different channels according to the judgment results, thus achieving automatic sorting of battery products.
The automatic sorting equipment consists of a feeding mechanism, a testing mechanism, an automatic sorting mechanism, a material receiving mechanism, etc.
The machine system automatically sorts and collects battery cells into their respective feeders based on user settings and group information.

The automatic sorting equipment consists of an automatic feeder, testing, automatic sorting, and a material box receiver.
