.Scope of application

Applied to safety testing of lithium battery protection boards, detecting whether various functional indicators of the protection board are within a reasonable parameter range, providing staff with a set of testing standards, which is conducive to improving production efficiency, facilitating quality control, and compatible with common types of protection boards on the market, such as positive pole same port (split port), negative pole same port (split port), positive pole charging and negative pole discharging. This product is mainly used in production testing, incoming material testing, quality control, research and development testing, and other aspects.

.Mode Introduction

3.1 Quick testing: Based on the design parameters of the protection board, the device outputs the upper/lower limits of the design parameters for quick testing, which facilitates large-scale and rapid inspection and shipment by protection board manufacturers and power battery manufacturers. It is suitable for testing various hardware and software solutions for protection boards.

3.2 Universal fast testing: PBST (M) has a unique testing mode, where the device tests the delay of the protection board and quickly tests the data of the protection board according to the testing speed set by the manufacturer. The testing speed is moderate, and the test displays numerical values. It is suitable for testing the protection board and requires quick testing to obtain rough data.

3.3 Accurate testing: It can accurately detect the precise values of various functional parameters of the power battery protection board (with an error of ± 1mv), facilitating sample debugging and development, and providing a set of standards for rapid detection for R&D personnel.

3.4 Laboratory mode: Independently set a single string voltage, simulate the voltage variation of a single battery within 0.5-5V, meet the conditions of battery balance, overvoltage, and undervoltage setting, simulate charging and discharging functions, select charging or discharging modes separately, judge the closure or conduction of MOS tubes, and support viewing the working current of each string during operation.

4.3.1 Upper computer software: runs on the computer, coordinates and controls the entire testing system, completes data collection and organization, and generates test reports. The testing software system has independent intellectual property rights, complete software system functions, and determines whether the test results pass/fail based on user-defined specifications; The testing system locally saves all test result information in the form of an Excel file.

4.3.2 Program control mode: The device provides a C++/C # dynamic library, which supports secondary development. Customers can call the dynamic library to operate the testing project of the device to achieve the customer's customized testing process for the protection board. They can also operate the device laboratory mode to achieve calibration, comparison, and burning functions for the software protection board.
