The device composed by pc,communication port and battery test cabinet.The battery test cabinet composed by clamper and clamper support panel,constant current/voltage source,register control circuit, sampling circuit, single chip microcomputer and control panel.

.Main performance of the device

1.Each device can perform constant current and constant voltage charging and constant current discharge test on 256 batteries with voltage range.

2.The invention adopts the constant current-constant voltage power supply of the invention, and the constant current to constant voltage switching has no impact, and is particularly suitable for the charging requirement of the lithium ion battery.

3.The device adopts AVR single-chip computer as the control center, and cooperates with the peripheral sampling circuit. It can be controlled by the upper computer. When connected to the computer, it can save the complete charge and discharge curve of all channels, and can also be separated from the upper computer and operated by the control panel. Constant current constant voltage charging, constant current discharge testing, sorting by time, etc.

4.Each battery has its own independent constant current and constant voltage source, and the self-forming loop does not affect each other.

5.Real-time detection of each battery voltage, when charging, first constant current charging, when the battery voltage reaches the set value, it will smoothly switch to constant voltage charging, when the set time or current termination condition is satisfied, the charging ends. When the constant current is discharged, when the battery voltage is lower than the set value, the discharge is terminated and the corresponding battery indicator lights up.

6.With power-down protection function, the original workflow can continue to run after the call.

7.The power tube uses 50N06, which is suitable for batteries that require lower discharge voltage, such as lithium iron phosphate battery.

8.The host computer can set 32 step parameters and 256 cycles. Each host computer can be connected to 1 to 10 sets of single-chip microcomputer systems (8 sets or less is recommended).
