.Equipment compose:

The equipment is mainly composed of a computer, a communication interface and a battery testing cabinet. The battery testing cabinet is composed of a plate body including a clamp and a placing fixture, a constant current constant voltage source, a registration control circuit, a sampling circuit, a single chip microcomputer and a control panel.

 

.Main performance of equipment

1.Each device can perform constant current constant voltage charging and constant current discharge testing on 512 batteries with voltage range.

2.Each channel has a single bidirectional switching constant current source. When charging, the constant current source operates in a buck state. When discharging, the constant current source operates in a boost state, and the discharge energy of the battery is fed back to the grid through the inverter.

3.With distributed system design, each of the 8 channels is a self-contained subsystem, modular design and easy to maintain.

4.The device adopts ARM single-chip computer as the control center, and cooperates with the peripheral sampling circuit. It can be controlled by the upper computer. When connected to the computer, it can save the complete charge and discharge curve of all channels, or it can be separated from the upper computer and operated by the control panel. Constant current constant voltage charging, constant current discharge testing, sorting by time, etc.

5.The current and voltage calibration uses a programmable memory to store the calibration coefficient instead of the potentiometer adjustment, avoiding the fluctuation of the voltage and current values caused by the potentiometer adjusting the contact change, which is beneficial to ensure the accuracy of the device.

6.Each battery has its own independent constant current and constant voltage source, and the self-forming loop does not affect each other.

7.A light-emitting diode is mounted on each of the battery fixtures as an operational status display, and when the discharge is completed, it can be used to indicate battery capacity sorting.

8.Real-time detection of each battery voltage, when charging, first constant current charging, when the battery voltage reaches the set value, it will smoothly transfer to constant voltage charging, when the set time or current termination condition is satisfied, the charging ends. When the constant current is discharged, when the battery voltage is lower than the set value, the discharge is terminated and the corresponding battery indicator lights up.

9.With power-down protection function, the original workflow can continue to run after the call.

10.Supporting software features:

1) Using the graphical operation interface, display the voltage, current, time, capacity and other data of each battery, and display the corresponding working status and abnormal conditions in various colors;

2) Arbitrary segmented battery capacity indication (up to 100 segments);

3) Perform battery sorting function under various conditions (capacity, time, open circuit voltage, discharge platform, etc.);

4) Automatic calculation of constant current charging ratio, capacity loss, discharge efficiency, average voltage, median voltage and other data;

5) Operator permission setting, hierarchical operation;

6) It can display the charge and discharge curve and cycle diagram;
